i have finished college of computer software with associate degree .
its been awhile i am doing art , and i want to study are academically .
i dont want to study art in university i prefer to study in one advanced Institution (it doesn't need ielts or tofel and i prefer to study exact art not history of art and stuff like that witch they teach in college ) .
i am looking for such Institution in Europe and America even maybe Canada .
i like to work digitally and traditionally only 2d include cartoon and concept art illustrations and ... no matter what the pries is . i look for place to start from first steps and get me into the highest levels of what i am looking for .
please introduce me the best Institutions in this tittle , and maybe how to apply .
