Problem solved! If anyone else is having trouble with the video player, try using a different web browser - in my case, I had to switch from IE to Chrome.
So I'm stumped here, and I'm feeling a little desperate. Please help. D:
I can't watch any of the on-demand videos I've purchased (color and theory of light and independence in art). I just get this white box--it's not dynamic-ly scripting and has null scrollballs on the right hand side--screenshot below (pardon the external host, but the attachments manager was having issues).
I vaguely remember testing out the player just after I bought the video (months ago now), and I remember that it worked way back when. But now I'm getting nothing. D:
I've checked my browser's cookies and java, and both are just where they should be. Please, someone help me?
