Question regarding environment classes

Hello,
I'm a student in Sweden and at the moment I'm looking for a beginners walkthrough of environmental sketching.

I have bought and watched all of Feng Zhu, Syd Meade and Scott Robertsson's gnomon videos, however I feel that except for Scott Robertsson's videos, they are a little bit high level for me. Simply what I'm looking for is something like The structure of man or Vilppu's videos but for environment sketching.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
