To be honest I would have liked to have seen it with no humans.

agreed, it's not aliens vs predator vs token slaughter victims.
I have a feeling it'll revolve around the humans, when there's not really a reason or want to. And, I bet the people resolve the conflict... instead of the superbattle that would have taken place.

I was kinda scared by 'the making of' preview trailer but this new one has a bit of an alien feeling to it atleast. I'm not too keen on the overexplanation of things. I'd like some mysteries to remain mysteries.
