Problem with Female Figure class.

I posted a topic recently about how I couldn't get the Female Figure class and Human Anatomy class to play after I purchased them. Right after I bought them I did get both videos to play once but then I closed them and tried to open them up later with no luck.

I did get Human Anatomy with Marshall to work but that was only because I bookmarked the download link, and everytime I want to watch it I have to redownload it.

I can't get Female Figure to work still. If anybody could help me that would be very appreciated because I'm hesitant to buy any more classes if I can't get them to work.

I just purchased it today and can't figure out how to make it work at all. I open the hyperlink in the email I got, the screen comes up that loads the session, then I get an error (see pic).
Now I can't even open the session at all!
There MUST be an easier way to do this. Help.

What is odd is that it works fine on my linux machine at work (where I can't take the time to watch it)! Figures.

Got it to run at home! Had to install another Java plugin for Ubuntu. Thanks for the sale!
The only issue now is that the sound cuts out every few seconds like a bad cell phone connection, and the vid lags a bit.
