I made this last night from memory in the Sundown Saloon.
THe sundowner is a little dive in Boulder Colorado, It is a very special place in my universe and it has been my favorite bar in the world since I was old enough to sneak in.

hey,, ive been to the sundowner! i think.. they got one of the only good foosball tables in boulder.
they make good burgers too.
