Hello guys,
I'll try to break the silence in here.
These are some illus. i did for BMW Romania. They served as promotional materials for a contest they organised here. So they've been turned into banners, posters, invitations, prize diplomas and so forth.

Moving on with some logo variants for a client named "Machetarie" which in direct translation means "maquetting". The client sells toys / die cast cars.
Briefing says:
- a fun, toy-related logo is required
- logo must have a strong connection with maquette-making
- logo must tend the client's target and market positioning
- tags - play, collections, maquette

Also,
This was done for a women's online shoe store.
Briefing says:
- client sells bags/purses and its major target is women.
- logo must be in the elegant, fashion area
- logo should use a script font
- tags - elegance, refinement, subtlety

Playing cards design for Athenee' Palace Casino Bucharest. They're used in a new digital-no more real cards in our casino- system. All done in Illustrator which was a total pain.

Hey man not bad. you got some good stuff so far, loving the car scenes would be awesome if you actually made a video with same styling.
as for the Machetarie logo's not really feeling any of them. maybe the first M in there is the best maybe try branching out from that one.
Loving the last free hand logo. Though the width of some of the lines bug me because they aren't consistent. The curve at top of the O the curve at the bottom of the y and last u curves need a little fixing but otherwise it looks great.

Thank you, LuckDevil
I must admit, they are neither new nor good. The projects have long ended, but thank you for your reply, the observations are noted as future refference.
Next up - changing the tone a bit.
This is a collaboration piece with Sorin Bechira, one of the best graphic designers i know. Also a great mattepainter! Check his stuff out. [though i bet he'll be posting around here soon].
The top image is his original stuff, and below is my paintover.

possibly too many gradients in the machetarie concepts. because there are several shapes each sharing a similar gradient, im not sure how the first six, and the logotype would translate to black and white.
My favourite is the m inside the circle, but it looks like a ram, and that's dodge's territory.
the last two, look like the cbc (canadian broadcasting company) logo.
Other work you have posted here is awesome.

hey, ExiledRed, thank you.
Indeed, the Machetarie logo seems to be pretty bad. Ehh, moving on.
Will update soon with a thorough pipeline aswell. Cheers!

The images for BMW look amazing! The sense of motion and energy are insanely eye-catching. If you put those pics on a wall with a thousand other images, the BMW pics would probably be the first I'd notice and the ones I remember the longest.

Hey guys,
chuck and keith - thanks for your replies!
figured i'd throw in some more stuff.
This is a rebrand i did couple of years back for a heart health clinic.
page 1 is about formal analysis, it shows where the form comes from and talks about that a little.
page 2 is about logo measurements and proportions
page 3 is about colors
page 4 covers envelopes
page 5 covers business cards
page 6 is a general presentation.
All these, except for the last image, are extracted from the brand manual of the logo, i'll add in the other images too as soon as i get some time on my hands.
Hope this is somewhat helpful. Cheers!
