I don't know if you've seen this? A cross between Sketchbook Pro, Illustrator and Photoshop. It's probably geared towards product designers/architects but in the right hands this could be amazing.

I'll definitely keep an eye on this, specially since they do a good interface that works so well with Tablet PCs.
