Couple issues I am having with previous purchases

Hey, all the videos are great, I cant think of one I regret getting but, a couple problems I am having now and I was wondering if I could get help with it please.

Two of the videos (Zhang lu female portraits and Veronique stream of consciousness) I got are now unplayable.

Veronique doesnt have the sub titles anymore (which may be my fault after moving the files frequently) and stops playing during the video.

Zhang lu also doesn't play past the beginning concept art logo now and I get an error when I open it with media player.

I havent had any problems with any others like the android jones, richard dobble, jason chan or shawn barber.

I tried to re download one of them and it says "Link expired" and the other I didnt save my email apparently.

If anyone can notify someone of this and perhaps assist me in correcting it I would appreciate it ;)
