Those are very impressive, especially considering the ages of the kids! Very creative and ingenious ideas, and the drawing skills on display here are surprisingly high. It was hard to vote!

I think the theme is different for everyone, depending on what country you're Googling from. I got a Dutch theme.

If so, let's all share international children's Google doodles? :D

oh yeah, I was wondering for an international website, these were only US states.

well I cant vote from the top 40 yet, but I was just going through the state finalists that didn't make the top 40 and these four were my favorites (grades 10-12)

Im hotlinking directly form the site, I hope you can see them:

Wow, those are all very good, and especially the last one is impressive. How did that not make the finalists?

I'm really curious what the finalists look like if those didn't make it.

Here are some of the Dutch ones:

It is difficult for me to discount the probability of heavy 'coaching' in the works of these kids.

I cant see any of your pictures Armonah :(

@Karma, i think for a top 40 nationwide, the skills of those kids could be legit. some advice perhaps.

Armonah, all those are Swedish entries as far as I can tell. (Or does the same link perhaps direct to different images depending on where you live?) But they're not all kids. It looks like the ages range between 12 and 40 yrs old.

Jacob: I love those, especially the tree. That kid has incredible typographic skills.

TobbA: I guess so, because they're all very Dutch as far as I can tell. They have windmills and Dutch flags and all that jazz. And none of them look as if an adult made them.
I'm curious what the Swedish ones look like though. I want to see more logo's drawn by kids in this thread, that's what I came for in the first place :P

zwarrior: I'll rehost them to imageshack (when I get home), hopefully they'll work then.

I have no idea how anyone could have found out about this, and that noone from ca even mentioned applying. for the amount of time i go on google a day, never seen an ad or else I'd probably post it here for those still in school.

Next time? Or i think you said this was your senior year right :(

^ I'm not sure if I can enter. I'm a junior but this is my last year of high school so technically I will NOT be in grade 12 next year.

Google's brainwashing machine got into children too. From early ages they are raising children to praise the mighty Google corporation. Hook them while they barely know the world and you got them for all life /tinfoilhat

Jokes aside, very cool and cheering up works :)
