So what are your art goals short term and long term? What are you doing to work toward achieving them?
One of my short term goals is to actually complete a ChOW. Long term, I'd like to win one some day.
So to achieve those, I'm dedicating time every other day to painting and drawing. I'll also be going back over old ChOW concepts and doing them for myself.

My goal is to save enough money over the next two years to go back to college to study art. It will be a long, difficult road as I hate my current job, but it would be a similiar situation wherever else I work, and this job pays well.
Here's to working hard for what we love!

Chris that is my long term goal as well, so you'll have to take a back seat.
Short term I need to finish my animation by next year and have to get off my butt to work harder.

Short term: get a 5 star sketchbook and FF thread here.
Middle term: get a full-time art job that involves drawing and painting.
Long term: work for my own game company. :)
Drawing pretty much every day and now doing pitch work for a start up game studio. Never felt better!

Short term: Generate the courage to post something here!
Improve sense of anatomy
Reconcile spending money on artistic supplies with eventual goals
Move onto painting
Long term: Um, be the best ev? I don't know. Attend an atelier and regenerate historical painting, I guess. Open a movie studio for badass history films.

Getting good scores for these practice tests for a job that will help me afford to get the programs/hosting I need for my webcomics. I also need a comfortable desk/chair to work on.

Short term: to be able to work fluidly in digital (to fully adapt to and learn Painter to it's full potential), and also to finally fill at least one of my real SB's (I got 38 more pages to go in my current one)
Long Term: to be able to put exactly what's in my head out as art with no compromising the quality-to be able to paint what I think. If I can do this, I can finally express myself effectivley as an artist. I also want to finish establishing my style, and be comfortable with it. Then I'd like to make a living painting, and teaching painting. I don't need to be rich: I just want to be able to create, and do it well, and often. I want to create something awesome and beautiful for my kids to be proud of. :)
