Lost Downloads.... new question!

Kind of.... Different situation, my hard drive died earlier this year before I could get all of my stuff backed up including the videos I downloaded from last year. I had quite a few, Jason Chan Style Exploration,Jason Chan Quick Sketch, Andrew Jones Fine Art #1, Perspective With Carl Dobsky Volume 1, Jason Chan Digital Illustration, Zhanglu/Manley - Portraits Volume 1 - Caucasian Female.... As you can guess I was rather disheartened when I lost these as that's quite a bit of change I put down for them. I am not sure if it has been too long since I bought them, I still have the receipts. Does any one know if there is any possible way I can get some more copies. Or will I have to shell out the cash again?

Good question.

We send out download links with each order. If you need an additional download, you can click on the old download links and they will take you to a form that allows you to request additional downloads.

Also note that we send the links to the email address that you used when you made your original purchase.
