I don't get it.. what's up with wehrf? That doesn't seem to translate from german to anything.. lest google is lying to me.

I don't think they are trying to translate a word. They're just playing off the fact German words can have the "h" before "r" spelling. At least that's my guess.

I like the shading on the jacket, but I think the pants are too blurry. Also, is it just me, or is the top half of his body a little small for the second half? Hmm..

Werwolf (German for "werewolf", sometimes spelled "Wehrwolf") was the name given to a last-ditch Nazi plan, developed during the closing months of the Second World War, to create a German commando force which would operate behind enemy lines as the Allies advanced through Germany itself. Werwolf remained entirely ineffectual as a combat force, however, and in practical terms, its value as propaganda far outweighed its actual achievements.
