Topic: Mobile Fort

Background: I don't think this topic needs any more text than the title really :P

One extra thing though, for this topic you'll have to stick with one of the following three styles/time periods:

-Medieval
-Steam Punk
-Diesel Punk

Brief:
1. Design and draw a Mobile Fort!
2. Choose one of the following styles to design for: Medieval, Steampunk or Dieselpunk.
3. That's it... now draw!

Mayhemunited: Check out this: Wiki: Dieselpunk (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Piecraft/Dieselpunk) or do a little google search. It's less well known as Steampunk but there's a few things to find on the subject.

interesting weekly challenges you got going here, was wondering (being an old fart haha) do I take it that SteamPunk is pretty much the future seen from a Victorian Era point of view enhanced with machinery available then and its timely mechanic evolution?

Hi guys, I'm new in here, and never posted in these activities! I think I'll be entering this one! Very interesting theme, I think I'll go with the steampunk thing!

And yeah Jamtob2, I believe that is the main perspective around steampunk! Although I believe we can take it to another "environments" rather than just Victorian Era!

Well thanks for this helpful insight, had researched a little but just rushed through the information (its a 1 week activity only anyway) but with all fancy 'dresscodes' and scene-groups out there you begin to lose track (and interest) from certain age. So the enviroment wasnt too much of a concern anyways, just wondered in what style to put machinery and weaponry.
Okay then its research Monday as soon as I find a moment to do so, advanced technology based on Victorian and evolved from the Steamhorse (chuckles).

Nice sketch there Nutter, seems to be also an aircraft carrier eh!

I'm more to a kind of a fort that moves on huge rails along the borders of a country that is almost constantly at war, so this thing could provide support to several "weak" strategical spots! Dunno if can finish it, I'll start polishing it a bit soon! Be well!
