Paypal error

When clicking Buy I get this message at the Paypal site:

Return to Merchant

This recipient is currently unable to receive money.

Any ideas of what might cause it?

just a thought... we use paypal at my work, and were told last week that paypal was going to be doing a lot of updates and that we would have to update our merchant information to still use their service.
i don't know if that's the case here, it's possible, and i dont think things are finished updating yet.

Had to change the amounts though. First DL started at 5 copies and the second was 2... that was a small bit of annoyance.

Other than that I'll be watching the videos soon.
