This guy wants to prove that through the internet, he can get people to a contribute a total of 1,000,000 pictures of giraffes by 2011. He wants each to be done purely with traditional media, without the use of a computer (he seems to have the wrong idea about digital art, but we won't get into that). If the picture has more than one giraffe in it, each giraffe counts: one picture with two giraffes would count for two.
I thought some of you might want to contribute; I thought it was an interesting idea.
