Yeah, arm pit stains...just anything and everything that makes a shirt look beat up and not washed...

there are a lot of tutorials out there. people do tutorials on many strange and obscure things, in many interesting mediums. but there are some things that seem just a little obscure for anyone to ever do an entire tutorial on them. armpit stains, I think, is one of them. ;)

adrian, if i were you, i would play around with layer modes.

for example, make a new layer above the shirt layer...

on this layer, paint the shape of a pit stain in whatever color you like (you will have to play around with colors to see what looks good)

then set the layer mode to "Multiply" you might have to change the opacity of the layer with the pit stain to get it right. also try out different layer modes...

hope that helps

Step One: Find a camera
Step Two: Run really fast around the paddock at least three times in gumboots.
Step Three: Find Grandma
Step Four: Lift your arms (hopefully you are wearing a grey tshirt!)
Step Five: Get Grandma to take multiple shots at different angles of sweat stains coming from the pit area.
Step Five: Develop pictures
Step Six: Draw, draw, draw!
