Massive Black book order problem - paid but not delivered

I have ordered Massive Black book and paid already
60 dollars plus shipping to Europe.

The order was done on 22nd of may. I tried to contact support at store and got this:

Unable to deliver message to the following recipients, due to being unable to connect successfully to the destination mail server.

Also I got this:
there is an insufficient amount for funds on your order for the book.
The shipping cost will be 36.25... please verify that this is alright,
so we can ship your book to you ASAP.

Then I replied the e-mail and never got reply.

For now I have paid $85.15 and my order is still hanging on your desk.

Vol 1 $60.00
Subtotal: $60.00
Shipping: $25.15
Tax: $0.00
Total: $85.15

So my question is when my deliver will be dispatched?

I feel a bit disappointed of the service. :wtf:

Erm, I hope that's just a typo and not the address you sent it to.
