Ya its pretty amazing how many of the tools & tech we have now were driven by the stories they wanted to tell as opposed to the other way around.
Its to watch and listen, then realize "Hey, Thats the guy who created the digital polygon & or Hey, he created the alpha channel.

For anyone who hasnt, check out "The Pixar Story" documentary when you get a chance, I literally replay it over and over as i'm drawing/animating, for me it never gets old and I figure it def wouldnt for anyone into animation or Pixar in general. you do have to buy the special edition wall-e or one of the combo movie packs for it but its well worth it for anyone seeking some gud inspiration.
