It's Oil Paint.
Kind of impressive IMO for only ever using using oil a few times.
really, the last oil or painting i've done at all in the last two years.:( I've been doing nothing but 3d stuff. And the stuff for my exploitive job thats taken up all my time. So I've been trying to get used to using Painter7 recently. I haven't used that since version 4 either. Hopefully once I go a little more distance with it it'll feel alittle more intuitive and natural.
Heh heh, I usually can't even decide which brush or media to work with there's so much to choose from in that package.:D
