Ok so what are your thoughts. I was thinking about warmechs, controlled by men, in the near future. So questions like, what if the Americans/Iraqis/Japanese etc build a warmech? Use your imagionation. Fight to the death. Do you agree or do you have another suggestion?

Sounds cool, however, I'd like to do a shot of the war scene rather than just a standing mech. Would you be interested in depicting the whole scene like that?
Maybe a 16:9 ratio shot (movie storyboard) type of thing. I am thinking around 800 by 450 pix. Let me know what you think.

Oh ya, and any 2D media is allowed. Computer, traditional, whatever.

Good Idea, i'll go for that. About the 16:9 shot, that also sounds cool, but as I'm probably going to this thing by hand, I don't know if it's gonna be exactly that. Let's just keep it widescreen OK?
So, a battlescene, in the near future, widescreen, with possibly "the first real mechs ever build". That sounds like fine to me! As it are the first mechs, they also can be really crappy, or if the US made them probably high tech. Maybe play a bit with that concept. But that's whole up to you.

Just got done watching Return of the King and it kind of got me thinking. Let's keep this a bit open, either pre, post, or during battle with the mechs. Post works in progress too, I'm eager to see what you got!!!!
Good Luck

Right now i'm in the thinking stage. I agree about the time, it does'nt matter. Maybe I want to do a larger painting, but how the hell am I gonna scan that?

A photo, with good lighting, could do it.
