i have revised the character a bit so that its a bit more finished and more visible :-
i pencilled this character bout one year ago and this was the first character i put in my personal blog. i finally coloured it now . i wanted it to be dark . it should arouse a sense of great dark power . that he can summon the creatures of dark nad the spirits at will .. il hope u enjoy viewing as much as i did colouring it . crits welcome press control plus the minus to view the complete image .. actually i did it too :-)

Hi,
I guess the image can benefit from some more detailling in the hands area and smoke on top.
The image doesn't need to be detailled everywhere, however our attention is first directed to the face which has got some detail and as our eyes start looking around the first thing we notice is that the blue light effects on the hands look unfinished, giving an overall impression that the painting is unfinished.
Try looking at the painting squinting your eyes and then focus and what I am saying will become quite clear.

hay thanks bobb for the appritiation .. in fact i,m just starting out too .. this is just my secont colour .. i wont call it a paintiog cause i have not achieved that level yet. just keep in your mind that software is just a tool.. its all waht u can think ..

hay zeoyn thanks for the crits man .. i actually gave more effects on hands and a lol more smoke but then i saw that they are takin away the attention from the face .. so i minimised it .. but ye now i see it again and it does look unfinished. i'll make some changes ang post again ..
