Where Can I Find Free Concept Art Tutorials?

I am about to buy a tablet so I can finally start doing some digital artwork, so I am trying to find some free online lessons.

I understand that the creators of the lessons need/deserve reimbursement, but I am not going to have any money for a while (once I spend everything I have on a tablet).

I saw some cool videos on youtube, though they seemed more like trailers or just quick lessons.

If anyone knows of some helpful/free instructional videos or websites please let me know.

You may also want to check Bobby Chui's videos on youtube (http://www.youtube.com/user/digitalbobert). He doesn't give much technical information, but you can learn a lot just by watching his process. Plus he gives excellent advices about attitude and how to become more a successful artist (which are actually more valuable than purely technical stuff).

http://www.djahalland.com has some cool videos (it's time lapsed but you should be able to pick up something). You can also download some very cool brushes from his web site.
