The first thing that I would have to say is that I think you need to spend more time at the character design stage because I feel the doctor is a bit unappealing.

As far as the story goes, spend a bit more time getting a concise script together and work on timing. In ep.2 when the camera cuts to the friend sandwich on the table I thing the shot lasts too long.

The sound effects are ok, but I think they need to be less in your face. I would drop the volume of them down and add an ambient noise track very low so you don't notice the start and end of sounds so much.

I have to admit that I smiled and the invention tests in ep.2

The most important thing I think I could say is to spend more time in pre-production... and now that I think about it, animation too. You should check out the animator's survival guide by Richard Williams. It will really help your animation.
