Hi

Been a while since I posted anything on here, so I thought I'd post what I've been working on and a current work in progress (See the Robot thread).

This was a commission for a film company producing a music video. It's molded in silicon from a fibre glass mold. If I'm honest I had abit of a nightmare painting it and wasn't too happy with the final look (I kinda wanted a more translucent look to it) but the client seemed happy, so I guess it was OK in the end.

Here's some concept pics too:

I also did a vid of the finished puppet in it's glass jar:

And here's a vid of the mold making process. Probably abit boring unless you're really interested in mold making ;0)

I thought this was a very good like a lot of your work. It might have looked better with the paint job you suggested but still very good and I liked the mold making video helps a lot.

I think they're going to fill the jar with fluid when it's filmed, so should hopefully look alot more slimy than it does there.

Nice looking baby - and it will be just perfect, when some unclear fluid in a disgusting colour limits your vision, and forces your imagination to work overtime.

woo it's incredibly real, the veins detail is great! the skin is very similar to a real fetus and the hairs give a very realistic look. GOOD WORK!

Ha, thanks, that looks cool. They said they'd send me a copy of the finished video so I'll post a pic or vid of it in the fluid once I have it.
