Hey all, Im a graphic design major from dayton ohio. I have decided to start up one of these sketchbooks to get my drawings out there and have some feedback. I look forward to anyone's comments and I will be posting more very soon. at the moment my works are mainly just pencil, but im working hard to bring them into photoshop and or illustrator and bring my works to the next level

Try to post up some anatomy and couple more pictures from real life. I d like to see what more you have in your skill.

This is my current piece im working on. From the last post of this guy i've removed the hemet, corrected the shadows/highlights and all around values, and also created a forehead.

the keys you posted above look really nice try to do some more referenced studies like that but
you are at the right place :yayca:

It's good to see you've drawn your keys from life, but I'd wish for alot more life drawings, things from reference. Start off copying, and end up creating, :) Don't forget the fun though, and I am assuming you have alot of that drawing from head! ;)

some additional info, i've taken two figure drawing classes and am currently in an illustration and a third drawing class.
Thanks for the feedback so far guys appreciate it, a lot of my figure drawings are back home but i'll get what I can up here.

Like Lakka and jedininjaman said you need more life-drawing. I also recommend you have a look at loomis' books:

Two more speed paints, the warrior was about 2 hours, the skull 45 minutes.
