Hi, im newbie in digital sculpting, I begin 3D sculpting for fun and just another way to express my creativity, I works with Zbrush 3.1 and I begin ZB for around 2 weeks!
I use Zbrush 3.1 and Photoshop CS3, sometimes Modo 301 for poly correction and UV mapping...

Try to get a photo of your own ear or have a look here (http://link.library.utoronto.ca/anatomia/application/searchresults.cfm?query=ear&searchtype=description&searchstrategy=all&gender=all&view=any&technique=any&colour=any&sort=descriptive_title&photo=on&refine=no&CFID=21482943&CFTOKEN=66252362)
I can't really describe the problem as my english aint that good in anatomic things.

try doing a head study sculpt, alot of your stuff is exagerated and caricaturized, but i think you can benefit greatly from doing a coulpe of realistic sculpts, formiliarize yourself with anatomy a little more, it will give your "styled" sculpts a little more edge and more finished feel overall

Thanks for your Comment, I plan to get into anatomy study...
I know what you mean, study head sculpt and anatomy gives me a new point of view and better understanding of organic forms...

Here is my first skull, sculpted from real skull references...and this is WIP...
I learn many things about skull by this job, I better understand human skull details...
I'm going to add muscles and skin to this head and learn more about human anatomy...
Hope like it
