I'm not going to say "draw from life" -- but here's a tip -- draw from books that show the break down of drawing. When I was a teenager - I found "How to draw comics the Marvel way" very helpful -- you can find tutorials lots of places.

Draw from life! That's how you get good. YOu gotta help yourself. The more you draw the better you'll get. You gotta be the one to move the pencil and push pixels and move paint. Self-discipline yourself. Get to drawing. Judging by your sketchbook and your deviant art, you have made no attempt to draw from life. Remember that this is Conceptart.org and not Deviant Art. You're posting with pros and students that want to become pros. Show that you want to learn. Later dude, and check around the threads a bit more. There's more to offer than you think.

Sorry bro, with that attitude you won't go anywhere in art.
I checked your Sketchbook and your Deviant-Art "gallery" and all i found was some random anime characters and some random critters. No studies or practices.
On your sketchbook you even say:
im working on anatomy and shading. shading is almost done with but anatomy may take more study
Do you really believe that your shading is "almost done"? And every critique or advice you received you "rebutted" like "No its old" "no i've learn it" and now you come with "dont tell me to draw from life". What do you want to hear: "Keep drawing anime otaku supa kawaii nee xD ^^ ^_^ ~.~ xDXDDDD~~~~~~"?
Sorry to be the one who has to point it to you but:
The path you are walking now won't take you nowhere, you'll just repeat the same mistakes over and over again, and in some years you'll realize that you didn't improved an inch.
Trying to learn art/anatomy/shading by copying an stylized art-form like anime, is like trying to understand how an atomic-bomb works by looking at the crater it creates. Sorry bro, it won't work.
But, I'll tell you the path i'm following...
First of all, get lots of art-books. I don't have money so I download old free books from the web, there are lots of great things to learn from. Most of the artists will give you somewhat the same advice: Start with the basic then, go building the rest over it.
A solid foundation is the key to good art. As in lots of oriental philosophies the first teaching is the last one too.
And as Beelow told you, there are lots of wisdom to be acquired from this forum. There are actually some very advanced techniques that I've never seen anywhere else.
So, scrap the "i'm gonna draw a masterpiece" stick to "i'm gonna suck in some practices till i stop sucking" and you'll get there.

You're not going to get anywhere with that attitude my friend...
The reason they're saying that is because it's true. And if you can't even take their advice, which is wise btw, then you're not going to get a mentor because they're going to heavily critique you and force you do things you don't like in order to progress. When it comes to being a better artist or having a mentor, there will be no asspats on your works, sorry.
