Welcome to the site. I think it would be helpful for you to spend time in the crit center and exploring the various threads on creating character work. Start searching out the threads on light and shadow, anatomy, gesture, and just dig dig dig dig dig. The road is going to be a long one...hopefully filled with enlightening ideas. You should not be satisfied with this level of work. ...just saying.

Which is it then? You know or you don't? You'd be better in the Critique center.

uhm... yeah.
here's the thing bro, at conceptart.org, nobody is above critique.
we dont care if you've been an art director for 8 years, or even if you're Marko Djurdjevic himself, if we see something wrong or "off" about your work we're going to tell you.
i dont personally feel you know "all" about anatomy, i think you need some work.
maybe find a drawing group in your area.
search here: http://www.conceptart.org/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=55
i say if you're serious about improving, go to the sketchbooks section, start a sketchbook and draw every day, post those drawings. every day. draw anything and everything around you, your house plant, your cat, your own legs sticking out in front of you and the environment of your living room beyond, go to the park and draw random people doing random things, your car in your driveway, etc.
well... thats my advice.
take it or leave it.
