2 juniors (young) looking for a mentor.

Hey, Im a "junior" im 16. I want to be a concept designer working for games. I do have drawing experience I can use tone and shapes but I need some real assistance, this is the first time Ive really admitted I need some more help that I ever wanted to so here are my confessions.
I would like to work on character designa and be designated assignments to complete to further myself. Ive never been commited but thats because I need a spotter/mentor. So please offer your services if you think your up to the challenge. here is a list of things I need to work on lol:

Anatomy
Character
Scaling
Photoshop...
