A nintendo DS. Theres a program you can upload to it using special (fairly cheap) hardware that turns it into a portable, stripped down version of photoshop.

I just found out about this. Is "homebrewing" a DS difficult? Is it easy to trash your DS doing it? Oops, nevermind just discovered the setup sticky.
