African Queen

Here is my new sculpture of an African Queen or whatever. I spend about 15 hours. It quite fast as I didn't have to sculpt her body in details.

Like my previous piece, I've used super sculpey coloured with acrylic to make her dark skin.

Really nice work there! I especially like the finish you got on her, she's got sort of a dark stone look to her that's a nice contrast to the material of the dress. Are you going to give her a base of some sort?

the shiny in some photos, it looks like she is made out of marble. that was the desire finish or its just the flash?
it is a beautiful sculpture. good job.
