I like it very much. But I must say that I am not a big fan of that pedestal. It looks like you hadnt a clue on what to do with it, so just took your brightet colours and smashed them together... I would personally think it would look cool with something grey, like concrete, so it doesnt take attention away from the very cool statue. ;)

I really do liek oyur sculpture!
I also do like the pedestal ^^ like those funky disco-colors
but I got to agree that it really takes a way some attention from your sculpture, maybe a nicely done concrete (maybe he's perfomring his moves downtown) would suite it very well!
nevertheless you really got potential! i will have to try out sculpting in clay myself... after i mastered 3dmodeling though .. so it willt ake some time ;)
