Amazons

A showcase for drawings depicting those legendary female warriors and priestesses. These illustrations were used when developing a series of illustrated books and graphic novels about the adventures and destiny of a young Amazon warrior named Artemilia (shortened "Emilia"), from Amazon's river. Later the character manages to go to the Caribbean and becomes wife of an infamous pirate.
